Just thought I would share what a couple folks said about the last workshop I did. ;-) Linda

Hi. Linda,

I would like to be able to write about my experience in a clear and concise manner. There are so many dimensions to my experience I'm not sure how to do that - and I'm a pretty good writer!! So here goes:

It's one thing to engage in spiritual practice on one's own. It is a completely different experience to engage with others. I may be having an individual experience, but I am experiencing it with others. I may be having a group experience, but I am experiencing it on an individual level.

The energy in the room during many of the experiences in which we engaged was loving, kind, encouraging, encompassing, compassionate, peaceful, joyful...

While I didn't speak with many people during the breaks, there was a sense of togetherness that went beyond words.

I just wanted to say thanks. It was one of the best workshops I have ever attended. All of you made it a hands on experience. I loved the handouts. I have re read the paper on She Just Let Go many times. Please have more workshops. I hope I am blessed to be invited to the future workshops.
